		<description>i agree with this article which i find funny and concise...saying something so glad to see written. plus, nice to see a perspective on current literature that is willing to take things seriously, but not too seriously.

its a good question to think about... why is this [post 9/11] era so difficult to faithfully represent in fiction? 

my opinion: the truth of this era is still obscure, because of the extent of brainwashing and ignorance about recent history. 

immense gratitude to a post which actually engages with the collective social reality we live in. 

makes things less horrifying to see such a sane humorous person trying to do that.</description>
